牵涉区皮下电刺激减轻大鼠子宫炎性痛 被引量:1

SUBCUTANEOUS ELECTRICAL STIMULATION AT THE REFERRED AREA ALLEVIATES INFLAMMATORY PAIN OF UTERUS IN RATS

摘要 目的:探讨牵涉区皮下电刺激对大鼠子宫炎性痛的影响。方法:建立Formalin子宫炎性痛模型后,在子宫炎性痛牵涉区皮下电针施加不同频率(2 Hz、100 Hz、2/100 Hz)电刺激,通过疼痛行为学评分观察电刺激牵涉区后大鼠疼痛行为学的变化。结果:与Formalin组相比,Formalin+牵涉区电刺激组大鼠疼痛行为学评分明显降低(P<0.01),而以2/100 Hz电刺激最为明显。结论:牵涉区皮下电刺激可以减轻大鼠子宫炎性痛。 Objective: To investigate the effect of subcutaneous electrical stimulation at the referred area on the inflammatory pain of uterus. Methods: After establishing the uterine inflammatory pain model by formalin, we exert electrical stimulation at the referred area through two needles inserted subcutaneously with different frequency (2 Hz, 100 Hz, 2/100 Hz), and then observe the changes of pain behaviors of rats through pain scores after electrically stimulating at the referred area. Results: Compared with Formalin group, we found electrical stimulation could reduce the painful behaviour scores of the rats obviously, and electrical stimulation with 2/100 Hz had the optimal effect. Conclusion: The electrical stimulation at the referred area can alleviate the uterine pain induced by formalin in rats.
