摘要
农民的生计安全与粮食的质量问题是当今中国农村的核心问题。通过对新疆尉犁县棉农的实地调研发现,影响棉农生计的主要因素有棉农家庭经营规模、生产资料、自然灾害等。为此,应大力推进棉花产业由规模化向产业化的良好过渡,并大力培育农业科技公司,促进棉花产业的可持续发展。
The key problem in modem rural China is the safety and quality of farmers＇ livelihood. By investigating the cotton farmers in Yu Li on the spot, the main reasons of affecting the cotton farmers＇ livelihood are family operating scale, production material and natural disasters, etc. So cotton industries should he transited from scale production to industrialization to promote the sustainable development of cotton industries by fostering the agricultural science and technology companies.
