河南省农业水资源污染与防治研究

Research of Agricultural Water Pollution and Prevention in Henan Province

农业水资源污染已成为河南省生态环境恶化的主要原因之一,严重制约了其农业和农村经济环境的可持续发展.针对河南省农业水资源污染问题,通过分析河南省水资源污染及农业水资源污染现状,指出在水资源贫乏的当代,农药、化肥的过量使用,水土流失,秸秆焚烧以及畜禽养殖是造成农业面源污染的主要因素.对此,根据已有的经验和河南省的实际情况,在科学技术和政府的宏观调控等方面,提出对河南省农业水资源污染防治的措施.

Agricultural water pollution has become one of the main causes of ecological environment deterioration and restricted the sus- tainable development of agricultural and rural economy environments in Henan Province. For Henan agricultural water pollution prob- lems, it is pointed out that the excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers, soil erosion, straw burning, and livestock and poultry breed- ing are the main factors of agricultural non-point source pollution at the present time of shortage of water resources by analyzing the pol- lution of water resources and the present situation of agricultural water pollution in Henan Province. So, according to the existing expe- rience and the actual situation of Henan Province, the prevention and control measures for agricultural water pollution are put forward by using science and technology and the goverumentg macroeconomic regulation and control, etc.
