摘要
以光纤纬平针和满针罗纹织物为研究对象,探究纱线中光纤数量及针织组织结构对光纤弯曲半径、棉纱遮盖的影响,进一步分析织物侧发光强度的差异,为织造具有不同明暗层次变化的光纤发光针织物提供指导。结果表明:纱线相同时,纬平针与满针罗纹侧发光强度差值为7~15cd·m-2。有棉纱交织的纬平针织物中,不同光纤数量的织物侧发光强度差异为7.7~10.5cd·m-2;有棉纱交织的满针罗纹中,不同光纤数量导致的侧发光强度差异在8~27cd·m-2之间变化;无棉纱交织的满针罗纹中,纱线中光纤根数相差1根时,光纤侧发光强度差值为1.6~3.8cd·m-2。其中,以4根光纤的纬平针织物侧发光强度最大,纵行可达48.39cd·m-2。
With rib fabrics of weft plain stitch with optical fibers and full stitch as research objects,this paper explores the influence of number of optical fibers in yarn and texture structure of knitting on bending radius of optical fiber and cotton yarn cover and further analyzes the difference of side/|glowing intensity of fabrics to provide guidance for weaving luminous knitted fabrics with optical fibers with different light and shade changes.The result shows that the difference value of rib with side/|glowing intensity of weft plain stitch and full stitch is 7~15cd· m-2 when yarn is the same.In fabrics of weft plain stitch with cotton yarn interweaving,the difference value of side/|glowing intensity of fabrics produced by different numbers of optical fibers is 7.7~10.5cd·m-2;in rib of full stitch with cotton yarn interweaving,the difference value of side/|glowing intensity caused by different numbers of optical fibers changes between 8~27cd· m-2;in rib with full stitch without cotton yarn interweaving,when the difference of the number of optical fibers in yarn is 1,the difference value of side/|glowing intensity of optical fibers is 1.6~3. 8cd·m-2.Knitted fabrics of weft plain stitch with four optical fibers have the highest side/| glowing intensity and the wale can reach 48.39cd·m-2.
