探讨纺好高等级配棉针织纱的管理工作要求。分析在传统纺纱设备流程的基础上,通过优选新疆棉,适当技术改造部分设备,精选关键器材,从工艺、运转等几方面细化管理,探索出了一条用好传统设备,做精纯棉针织纱的工艺路线。文章结合C18.2tex针织纱的生产实践,就原棉选择、纺纱工艺技术及设备利用等进行分析。该工艺路线可作为一些老纺织企业进行少投入高产出、迎接市场挑战、增加企业效益、提升市场竞争力的有效措施。

This paper discusses management work requirements for spinning high grade cotton knitting yarn, analyzes the optimization of Xinjiang cotton, appropriate technical transformation of some equipment,selection of key equipment and refining of management in process and operation based on traditional spinning equipment process and explores a process route of using traditional equipment well and making pure cotton knitting yarn.This paper analyzes the selection of raw cotton and utilization of spinning process technology and equipment based on the production practice of C18.2tex knitting yarn.It shows that this process route can be used as an effective measure by some old textile enterprises for realizing less input and high output,meeting market challenges,increasing enterprise revenue and improving market competitiveness.
