树皮布是在由纺、织形成织物的加工历史前无纺织布存在的有力证据,文章旨在通过对树皮布属性及历史的解读,使其广为人知,激发人们探索树皮布制作工艺的热情,使这门消逝中的文化得以传承。最后,通过对树皮布与现代非织造布的对比讨论,提出树皮布是现代非织造布针刺或水刺等加固方式产生的基础。树皮布纤维结合方式和结合状态对现代非织造生产工艺中的针刺、水刺等机械加固方式产生了重要影响。

Bark cloth is a piece of strong evidence for the existence of non／｜woven before the history of processing of fabrics formed by spinning and weaving.This paper aims at making bark cloth widely known by interpreting its properties and history,stimulating peoples enthusiasm for exploring the craftsmanship of bark cloth and allowing this fading culture to be inherited.Finally,this paper puts forward that bark cloth is the foundation of strengthening modes such as needling and spunlace of modern nonwoven through comparative discussions on bark cloth and modern nonwoven.The combination mode and state of bark cloth and fiber produce important influence on mechanical strengthening modes such as needling and spunlace in modern nonwoven production process.
