医用肠蠕贴对子宫肌瘤蒂扭转手术患者术后尿潴留的影响研究

Study on effect of medical intestinal compacted paste on urinary retention after uterine fibroids pedicle torsion surgery

目的：探讨医用肠蠕贴对子宫肌瘤蒂扭转手术患者术后尿潴留的影响。方法：运用随机数字表法将2008年8月～2012年8月在该院住院治疗的78例子宫肌瘤蒂扭转手术患者分为A组和B组,A组患者仅给予子宫肌瘤蒂扭转手术常规处理,而B组患者则加用医用肠蠕贴进行临床处理,比较两组患者术后住院天数、术后住院费用和子宫肌瘤蒂扭转手术后尿潴留发生情况。结果：B组术后住院天数、术后住院费用和尿潴留发生率均明显低于A组患者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而患者及患者家属对护理服务的满意度均明显高于A组（P〈0.05）。结论：医用肠蠕贴不但能够明显减少患者术后住院天数和降低患者的术后住院费用,而且还能够明显减少子宫肌瘤蒂扭转手术患者术后尿潴留的发生,提高患者对手术的满意度,值得进一步推广。

Objective： To explore the effect of medical intestinal compacted paste on urinary retention after uterine fibroids pedicle torsion surgery. Methods ： Seventy - eight patients receiving uterine fibroids pedicle torsion surgery in the hospital from August 2008 to August 2012 were divided into group A and group B by random number table, the patients in group A were treated with conventional treatment, while the patients in group B were treated with medical intestinal compacted paste; postoperative hospitalization times, hospitalization expen- ses and incidence rates of urinary retention in the two groups were compared. Results ： The postoperative hospitalization time, hospitalization expense and incidence rate of urinary retention in group B were statistically significantly lower than those in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the degrees of satisfaction of patients and their family members in group B were statistically significantly higher than those in group A （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Con- clusion： Medical intestinal compacted paste not only can reduce hospitalization time and hospitalization expense, but also can significantly reduce the incidence rate of urinary retention and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy furth popularization.
