中草药植物精油联合产后乳房康抚按摩对产妇泌乳的影响

Effect of Chinese herbal medicine plant essential oil combined with postpartum breast massage on maternal lactation

目的:探讨中草药植物精油联合乳房康抚按摩对产妇泌乳的影响。方法:选取400例初产产妇随机分为两组,对照组200例予产后常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上给予中草药植物精油行乳房康抚按摩治疗,观察两组产妇产后泌乳及乳房胀痛的情况。结果:观察组产妇产后24 h、48 h、72 h的泌乳量明显优于对照组(P<0.05),产后第3天、第5天出现乳房胀痛的例数及胀痛程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中草药植物精油产后香氛乳房按摩是一种无创伤、无放射、无副作用的自然保健疗法,可以较好地促进产妇早期泌乳,减少乳房胀痛不适,提高母乳喂养依从性,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of Chinese herbal medicine plant essential oil combined with postpartum breast mas- sage on maternal lactation. Methods： A total of 400 primiparous women were randomly divided into two groups, 200 women in control group were treated with postpartum routine treatment and nursing, and 200 women in observation group were treated with Chinese herbal medicine plant essential oil combined with postpartum breast massage based on postpartum routine treatment and nursing; maternal postpartum lactation and breast tenderness in the two groups were observed. Results ： The amounts of maternal postpartum lactation at 24, 48 and 72 hours in ob- servation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the number of women with postpartum breast tenderness on the third day and the fifth day and the degree of breast tenderness in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： Chinese herbal medicine plant essential oil combined with postpartum breast massage is a noninvasive and nonradiative health therapy, no adverse reactions are found, which can promote maternal early lactation, reduce breast ten- derness and improve the compliance of breastfeeding, the method is worthy clinical application and popularization.
