二维联合三维超声在产后胎盘植入深度的临床诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨二维联合三维超声在产后胎盘植入深度的临床诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析该院2006~2013年共28例产后诊断为胎盘植入患者的超声特点,结合病理学诊断,分析二维联合三维超声诊断产后胎盘植入深度的准确性。结果:28例产后超声诊断为胎盘植入的患者(患者均行病理检查),经病理证实胎盘植入24例,超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为85.71%。经皮尔森相关性分析显示,两种诊断方法呈正相关关系,r=0.999。结论:经腹联合腔内二维、三维超声检查对产后胎盘植入深度的诊断价值较高。 Objective: To explore the clinical value of two - dimensional ultrasound combined with three - dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of postpartum placental implantation depth. Methods : The ultrasonic characteristics of placental implantation in 28 patients se- lected from the hospital from 2006 to 2013 were analyzed retrospectively; combined with pathological diagnosis, the diagnostic accuracy of two - dimensional ultrasound combined with three - dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of postpartum placental implantation depth was ana- lyzed. Results: All the 28 patients were diagnosed as placental implantation by postpartum ultrasonography, then pathological examination was performed, 24 patients were confirmed by pathological examination, the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological diagno- sis was 85.71% ; Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that there was a positive correlated between the two methods (r =0. 999) . Conclusion : The value of two - dimensional ultrasound combined with three - dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of postpartum placental implantation depth is high.
