摘要
美国Altronic公司开发的GTI Bi-fuel混合燃料技术通过在发动机空气滤清器和涡轮增压器之间安装混合器,将天然气引入发动机,实现了2种燃料(柴油/天然气)在发动机燃烧室内同时燃烧.塔里木盆地具有丰富的天然气资源,中国石油塔里木油田公司引进GTI混合燃料技术用于深井石油钻井是降低钻井成本、保护环境的较好方式之一.为此,对国产2种动力机组进行了改造,并试验研究混合燃料系统本身的操作性能,混合燃料运行对机组的影响,考察其是否满足钻井工况的要求适用性.结果表明,只要柴油机组在全柴油状态下能承担钻井作业要求,柴油机组在混合燃料状态下同样能完成.柴油替代率在30%~60%时,各种工况都能达到较好的机组性能和经济效益.GTI技术应用2 a时间,已经在21个钻井队使用了天然气935×104 m3,应用井数40口.GTI技术具有良好的经济效益,安全、可靠,推广价值高.
The Altronic GTI Bi Fuel system utilizes a fumigation gas delivery method whereby gas is delivered to the cylinders via the standard engine air-intake system and is then ignited by a diesel "pilot" which acts as an ignition source for the air-gas mixture and operates by blending diesel fuel and natural gas or propane in the combustion chamber. The introduction of the GTI Bi-Fuel system into deep well drilling enables the PetroChina Tarim Company to substantially reduce operating costs and lower emissions. Therefore, pilot tests were performed on the performance of the GTI Bi Fuel system and its effect on the two domestic engine units in order to determine if this Bi-Fuel System is capable of meeting the engine requirement in deep well drilling. Over the past two years, the GTI Bi-Fuel system has been applied by 21 drilling crews in 40 wells with a total consumed natural gas of 9,350 thousand m3. The application results demonstrate the perfect performance of the GTI Bi-Fuel system on the improvement of engine efficiency; and the conversion to GTI Bi Fuel allows the engine to operate on natural gas mixtures of up to 30 - 60 % of total fuel consumed. This case history proves that the GTI Bi-Fuel System is highly worth popularizing because of its economic benefit, safety and reliability.
