摘要
采用反相悬浮法,以己二胺为交联剂,将聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)分别与三种有机粘土复合,制备了聚天冬氨酸(PAsp)/有机粘土复合吸水性树脂。探讨了有机粘土的种类和含量对复合吸水性树脂的吸水倍率的影响,研究了含不同种类有机粘土的复合吸水性树脂的耐盐性、保水性和热稳定性。结果表明:有机粘土的种类不仅影响复合吸水性树脂的吸水倍率,而且对其耐盐性、保水性和热稳定性也有较大的影响,其中含有机高岭土的复合吸水性树脂的吸水性和热稳定性最好,含有机钠基蒙脱土的复合吸水性树脂的保水性较好。
Polyaspartic acid/oragno-clay composite superabsorbents were synthesized by polysuccinimide(PSI)respectively composited with three organo-clays using hexamethylene diamine as crosslinking agent by inverse suspension polymerization.The effects of the kind and content of clay on water absorbency of these superabsorbents were studied,while the salt tolerance,water-retaining property and thermal stability of the superabsorbents contained different clays were also investigated.Results showed that the kind of organo-clay not only influenced water absorbency,but also affected salt tolerance,water-retaining property and thermal stability of the superabsorbents.Which the superabsorbents incorporated with organo-kaolin had higher water absorbency and thermal stability,and that of doped with organo-Na-montmorillonite had better water-retaining property.
