摘要
以镍盐为原料采用水热/溶剂热法合成NiS微纳米材料。通过研究镍盐、溶剂的种类和比例、醋酸钠等反应条件对产物的纯度影响获得制备纯净NiS的条件,并将产物用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和UV-vis光谱仪进行表征。结果表明:溶剂和醋酸钠对产物纯度影响较大,镍盐对产物纯度没有影响;制备纯净NiS的反应条件为:溶剂为乙二醇∶水=1∶5,镍盐0.1mol·L-1,使用醋酸钠;以硝酸镍和氯化镍为原料的NiS带隙能分别为1.65eV和1.63eV。
NiS micro-nano materials were successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal/solvothermal method.Morphology and microstructure of the products were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning election microscope(SEM)and UV-Vis spectrum.The effect of the experimental conditions,such as the solvent,raw materials and sodium acetate on the products was studied.The results indicated that the pure NiS was obtained when the solvent was ethylene glycol ∶H2O=1∶5and sodium acetate was added and the band gaps of NiS were 1.65eV for cupric nitrate raw material,1.63eV for cupric chloride as raw material.
