摘要
介绍了制备光热太阳能选择性吸收薄膜的条件及薄膜的制备方法。采用二次阳极氧化方法在铝基底上制备了多孔微结构,再利用磁控溅射制备SS-AlN多层膜。用SEM、Optsol Absorber Control等测试手段表征了膜系的表面形貌、光谱吸收性能等,考察了微结构对太阳能选择性吸收薄膜性能的影响。结果表明基底表面微结构能有效提高其光谱吸收率。
The condition and preparation method of photothermal solar selective absorbing film were introduced. Porous structures were made on the Alsubstrate by a two-step anodization method,and then SS-AlN multilayers were deposited by magnetron sputtering technology. In order to investigate the influence of microstructure on the film, the surface morphology and optical properties of the multilayers were tested by SEM, Optsol absorber control. It turned out that porous structures could improve the absorptance of the film.
