摘要
目前企业绩效考核评价指标体系虽在逐步趋于完善,但仍不够科学合理。文章尝试在具有可操作性的前提下,筛选财务和非财务指标,建立财务与非财务评价结合、业绩成果与持续发展评价结合的更加全面科学合理的评价体系,以提高企业绩效考核效果。
The current evaluation index system of enterprise performance evaluation gradually becomes more and more perfect,but also still exists no rationality. This paper studies some related issues about the performance evaluation index system and tries to establish a more comprehensive scientific evaluation system and incentive mechanism in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of company performance.
