摘要
人事档案管理目前主要存在对重要性认识不足,管理制度不够健全,管理水平不高,硬件设施投入不足,管理的现代化程度不高和利用水平较低等问题。为使人事档案的管理更加科学和完善,需要通过提高认识,加强领导,加强制度建设,建设高素质的档案管理人员队伍,加大资金投入,采用现代化管理手段,更新服务理念,拓宽编研范围等措施。
At present, the main problems exist in personnel archives management include the insufficient under- standing of its importance, the inadequate in management system,insufficient investment in hardware facilities, the low level of modernization and utilization in management. In order to improve the personnel archives manage- ment more, we need to improve personnel cognitive skills, strengthen the leadership and the construction of system, build high-qualified team of file handing crew, increase the fund investment, renew the service concept and broaden the scope of studying.
