全员育人理念下高职院校学困生教育转化的实证分析

The Empirical Analysis of the Education Transformation Students with Learning Difficulties in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Total Educational Principle

目前我国高等教育已处于大众化阶段,受生源素质的影响,高职院校学困生教育问题日显突出而又无法回避。通过采取更新教育观念,形成全员育人的氛围;建立学困生预警机制;以生为本,实施以"导师制+走班制"的转化模式;建立学困生成长档案,强化过程管理等举措,在高职院校学困生教育转化方面收到了较好的效果。

At present our country＇s higher education is in the popularization stage, affected by the quality of the students.The problems of student with learning difficulties education issues in higher vocational colleges become more prominent and is unable to avoid. They have taken effective measures such as renewing education idea, forming the overall education atmosphere, establishing an early warning system for the students, implementing ＂tutorial system ＋ mobile learning system＂ conversion mode, establishing archives for students with learning difficulties growth, strengthening the process management.These measures have received the good effect in the aspect of students with learning difficulties in higher vocational colleges education transformation.
