摘要 以原氦气液化及回收装置为基础,结合该装置的运行特点及特殊实验需求,通过详细论证,设计和改进了一套氦气回收装置,该装置具有压力调节和纯度分析功能。通过设在氦气回收末端的低温传感器传输的氦气压力信号,PLC发出指令,控制真空泵的启停,来达到调节氦气缓冲罐及回收管道压力的目的,上位机软件可自动监测、储存和实时分析压力及纯度数值。 Based on the original helium liquefaction and recovery device, combined with operation characteristics of the device and the special requirement of the experiment, the author designed and improved on a helium recovery device through the detailed analysis. The device had the functions of pressure regulating and purity analysis. Based on helium pressure signal sent by low temperature sensor in helium recovery terminal, the vacuum pump was controlled by PLC instruction, to regulate the helium buffer tank and recovering pipeline pressure. PC software could automatically monitor, save and real -time analyse the pressure and the purity data.
