摘要
气体轴承技术消除了摩擦,是保证制冷机和发电机长寿命的一种核心技术。从制冷机和气体轴承斯特林发电机两个方面,综述了国内外空间用气体轴承斯特林的发展与应用现状。其中,重点介绍了制冷机系列产品的在RHESSI卫星、"发现者号"航天飞机、国际空间站磁谱仪(AMS-02)和空间用冰箱上的应用情况,同时分析了气体轴承斯特林发电机的国内外研制与应用情况。最后指出我国在气体轴承斯特林技术的发展与应用趋势。
As a key technology to assure the long life of Stirling cryocooler and convertor, gas bearing is used to eliminate the friction. The development and application overview of gas bearing used in space Stirling cryocooler and convertor was given in the paper, emphatically introduced the application of gas bearing cryocooler used in RHESSI Satellite, Space Shuttle Discovery, Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer -02 (AMS -02), and Active Cryogenic Experiment Refrigerator used in International space station. The research and development of gas bearing Stirling convertor was also introduced in the paper. At last, the paper predicts the research and application tendency of gas bearing Stirling technology in China.
