本文探讨了医用高值耗材零库存管理模型的基本流程,重点阐述了该模型实现的具体方法、步骤以及应用效果,对提高医用高值耗材管理水平、实现高值耗材的信息化管理具有一定的借鉴意义和实用价值。
This paper discusses the basic fl ow of zero inventory management model of medical highvalue consumables, mainly expounds the specific method, procedure and application effect of this model. It has certain referential signifi cance and practical value in improving the management level of the medical high-value consumables, and also in realizing the information management of high-value consumables.
