低场强磁共振诊断膝关节半月板撕裂的临床应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的总结分析半月板撕裂在低场强磁共振(MR)中的影像特征,探讨低场强磁共振成像(MRI)对半月板撕裂的鉴别诊断及在基层医院的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年8月~2013年1月44例经关节镜或手术证实为膝关节半月板撕裂患者的低场强MRI图像。结果 44例病人中,半月板撕裂的MR图像中清晰显示半月板内的线状、条状、星形裂隙样等各序列高信号及半月板截断、半月板游离体及半月板破裂征象。结论低场强MRI可以精确地显示膝关节半月板撕裂及撕裂情况,可以明确排除类半月板撕裂的假阳性,在基层医院低场强MR对于膝关节半月板撕裂有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective To summarize the imaging features of meniscus tear during the scanning process of low-fi eld MRI and explore the diagnosis value and application value of low-fi eld MRI in meniscal tear in primary hospitals. Methods The low-fi eld MRI images of 44 patients treated from August 2011 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were diagnosed as knee meniscus tear with arthroscopy or surgery. Results The MRI images of all the patients clearly showed the high signals of various sequences including linear shapes, strips and star-like cracks in meniscus as well as the signs including meniscus truncation, meniscus loose bodies and meniscus rupture. Conclusion Low-field MRI could accurately display the features and degrees of knee meniscus tear and explicitly exclude false positive cases of meniscus tear, which indicates that low-fi eld MRI can play an important role in diagnosing knee meniscus tear in primary hospitals.
