高原地区铁路堆煤场防风网设计研究 被引量:4

Design Research of Meshed Windbreak Used in Railway Coal Storage Yard in Plateau Region

摘要 以柴木铁路堆煤场防风网建设为例,在深入分析国内外防风网研究成果的基础上,研究确定适用于高原地区铁路堆煤场的防风网设计关键技术参数,采用PKPM软件进行辅助设计,对建网后的防风抑尘效果进行初步观测和分析。认为设网方式应结合车站装车规模的大小、投资等综合确定。对于跨越铁路股道处防风网的布置,应考虑铁路限界、基础施工条件及运营安全等因素;网高应取煤堆高度的1.5倍,当站场地形有起伏时,应分段控制网高;网体应选择安装便捷、后期维护少、安全性高的柔性网材;上部支撑结构应采用刚架形式,基础采用独立基础,能更好地解决冻土地区地表水和地下水的排泄问题。根据监测结果分析,建网后各站、测点位防风网抑尘效率在68.4%~91.8%,平均抑尘效率可达到80.1%。 This paper took the erection of the meshed windbreak used in coal storage yard of Chaidaer-Muli Railway as an example. Based on analysis of relevant research results of meshed windbreak at home and abroad, this paper determined the meshed windbreak's key technical parameters suitable for the railway coal storage yard in plateau regions. Then, by computer-aided design via software PKPM, the preliminary observation and analysis on the efficiency of dust suppression of the meshed windbreak was carried out in this paper. Then in this paper it is suggested that: ( a) The type of the meshed windbreak should be determined based on a comprehensive consideration of various factors, such as station's loading scale, project cost; and then when the meshed windbreak crossing above railway tracks, it is necessary to take account of the railway clearance limit, the footing's construction condition, operation safety and so on. ( b) The height of the meshed windbreak should be 1.5 times the height of coal pile, and should be controlled in sections when the terrain of the coal storage yard presents an undulating pattern. ( c) It is necessary for the meshed windbreak structure to use flexible material, which should be easy to erect and should be with low maintenance cost and high security performance. ( d) It is preferable for the upper supporting structure to use rigid frame accompanied by island footings below, so as to solve the problem of drainage of ground surface water and underground water. ( e) According to relevant monitoring and analysis results, it is estimated that the efficiency of dust suppression of the meshed windbreak at different observation points will reach up to 68.4% to 91.8%, and the average efficiency of dust suppression will be 80.1%.
