摘要
哈大铁路客运专线是我国运营的第一条高纬度严寒地区客运专线,桥梁工程设计中创新使用了多项关键技术,国内铁路桥梁中首次应用钢箱叠拱桥型及实体圆钢吊杆形式,小跨钢筋混凝土连续梁桥上设置42号高速无缝道岔,严寒地区客运专线联长最长的连续梁桥,客运专线大跨连续梁长节段支架现浇及平转。并结合沈哈段所属高纬度严寒地区的自然环境,介绍设计所采取的技术措施。
For Harbin-Dalian Railway passenger dedicated line which is the first operational passenger dedicated line in severe cold and high latitude regions in China, many key technologies were creatively used in the design of bridge engineering. In here, it was the first time in China that a special bridge type was achieved, which consists of steel-box superimposed arch and solid round-steel suspenders;it was the first time in China that the high-speed railway turnout No. 42 for continuous welded rail was installed upon a small-span reinforced concrete continuous girder; there was the longest one of all the multi-span units used in continuous girder bridges on passenger dedicated lines in severe cold regions;it was the first time in China that a long-span continuous girder on passenger dedicated line was erected by swing method after being concreted in the form of long segments upon the support frames. In addition, combined with natural environment of Shenyang-Harbin section in severe cold and high latitude region, some technical measures were employed in the design of bridge engineering and were introduced here.
