摘要 1病历资料患者女,40岁,因＂体检发现子宫肌瘤4年,拟行子宫肌瘤剔除术＂于2010-10-13入院。既往体健。入院体检：神志神清,精神可,无贫血貌,体表未见明显瘀点、瘀斑,浅表淋巴结未扪及明显肿大,胸骨压痛阴性,肝脾肋下未触及,子宫后壁可触及一直径约5 cm质硬结节。术前常规检测血常规（2010-10-13）示白细胞14.4×109/L,血红蛋白121 g/L,
