摘要
本文所试图构建的“基于能力的跨国经营”理论认为 ,关于跨国经营的一些基本问题涉及到对企业、跨国公司本质的基本看法。企业的“能力优势”是其走向跨国经营的动因。它不仅能用“能力结构矩阵”决定跨国经营的类型 ,解释诸如出口、技术许可转让、投资等类型的选择 ;还能用“能力心态矩阵”决定跨国经营的方式 ,解释独自创建、兼并收购、合资联盟等方式的选择。“能力转移矩阵”
The theory of competency-based transnational operation advocated by this article believes: some basic issues concerning the transnational business involve the basic attitude towards the enterprise and transnational enterprise. The competency advantage is the main impetus for an enterprise to carry out its transnational business. Not only can it use “competency structural matrix” to decide the types of its transnational operation and explain why it chooses export, franchising, investment, but also it can use the “competency psychological matrix” to decide the pattern of its transnational operation and explain why it chooses these patterns such as internal development, M&A, JV&A. “Competency transferring matrix” will also tell us the key factors leading to the success of transnational business operation.
