镁合金铸轧机关节流道的设计

New Design of Flow Channel for Magnesium Alloy Applied in Casting Rolling Mill

摘要 本文介绍了一种应用于镁合金铸轧机熔液传输的关节流道,流道与铸轧机组成四连杆机构,可满足铸轧机从水平到15°的倾斜角度,并方便铸嘴的调整,调整过程中坩埚无相对位移。是应用于镁合金铸轧机的一种新型结构。 This paper introduces a kind of flexible flow channel for magnesium alloy applied in casting rolling mill. The flow channel and the casting rolling mill constitute a four-bar linkage. It can adapt to the continuous changed angle from 0° to 15°. This design provides convenience for the adjustment of the nozzle. And there is no displacement of the crucible in the process of adjustment. This is a new type of equipment for magnesium alloy applied in casting rolling mill.
