镍铁精炼过程中的脱硫机理研究

摘要 为了降低镍铁中的硫含量,采用喷吹精炼工艺进行脱硫。通过热力学计算了氧与硫的平衡活度,分析了影响脱硫的因素,探讨了常用脱硫剂的脱硫热力学反应机理,从而提高了脱硫能力。通过对常用脱硫剂CaO、CaC2、Mg、Mg/CaO脱硫的热力学分析可知,常用脱硫剂都可以降低镍铁中的硫活度,将镍铁中的硫含量降低到要求范围之内。但Mg/CaO混合脱硫的效果最好。 In order to reduce the sulfur content in the ferronickel,blowing refining process was used. Balanced activity of oxygen and sulfur were calculated by thermodynamic equilibrium. The influencing factors of desulfurization were analyzed. Thermodynamic reaction mechanism of common desulfurizer was discussed. The desulfurization ability was improved. Through the thermodynamics of desulphurization agent CaO,CaC2,Mg,Mg/CaO desulfurization analysis,the common desulfurizing agent can reduce the sulphur activity,and reduce sulfur content to request scope in ferronickel. Mg/CaO had the best effect on mixed desulfurization.
