摘要
针对目前铁路运输高速重载,车轮踏面磨耗较快,使用寿命较低的问题,对铁路机车车辆车轮传统的轮辋单面淬火后的金相组织,综合机械性能进行了研究;设计了车轮轮辋强化两面和三面淬火装置,;对新型整体铸钢车轮轮辋两面和三面强化淬火加回火热处理过程进行了工艺试验;并对新型整体铸钢车轮与国内、外辗钢轮、国际A级、B级辗钢轮加以比较。认为:新型整体铸钢铁路车轮综合机械性能已达到或超过了整体辗钢车轮。运用新型整体铸钢车轮代替整体辗钢车轮将会大大的减低制造成本,产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Aiming at the problem of the heavy load transportation at high-speed on rails,the fast wearing and short service life of wheel tread,the author makes a study on the metallographical structure and the general mechanical performance of wheel rim after traditional single-face quench. The author designed the reinforced double-face and three-face quenching equipment for wheel rim.After the process test to the heat treatment course of reinforced double-face and three-face quenching and tempering of the new type monoblock casting steel wheel rim,and the comparison among the new type monoblock casting steel wheels,domestic and foreign rolled steel wheels,international level A and B rolled steel wheels,the general mechanical performance of new type monoblock casting steel wheel has reached or surpassed that of the monoblock rolled steel wheel. Replacing the monoblock rolled steel wheel by the new type monoblock casting steel wheel would reduces the production cost greatly and bring along good economic and social benefit.
