职业运动员薪酬问题研究——基于美职篮球员数据的计量分析

Study on the Salaries of Professional Athletes — Based on Econometric Analysis for the Data of NBA Players

以2013～2014美职篮球员年薪及反映球员业绩的各项统计数据为基础,试图构建模型来揭示美职篮球员业绩的指标与球员年薪之间的定量关系。通过对美职篮球员年薪的回归分析,计算出球员各指标对其年薪的影响程度。研究发现,年薪取对数后与得分的对数、球员篮板数、球员失误数、球员犯规数、球员上场时间和球员年龄具有线性关系。其中,球员得分、球员失误数和球员犯规数对球员的年薪影响较大。由此得出,职业运动员的年薪不能只考虑得分等正向贡献,还应考虑包括负面＂贡献＂在内的多方面因素后而综合确定。

With 2013～2014NBA players＇salaries and the statistical data of reflecting the players＇performances as the basis,this paper try to build a model to reveal the quantitative relationship between indicators of the U.S.professional basketball players＇ performances and players＇salaries.Through the regression analysis of NBA players＇salaries,calculate the influence degree of each index on the salary of the players.The study find that the logarithm of annual salary and the logarithm of scoring,players＇ rebounding,players＇turnovers,players＇fouls,players＇playing time and players＇ages has a linear relationship.Among them,the players＇scoring,the players＇turnovers and the players＇fouls impact on players＇salaries larger.It follows that the annual salary of aprofessional athlete can not only consider the scoring and other positive contribution,but also should take into account a number of factors which include negative＂contribution＂to ensure.
