摘要
介绍了汽车尾板的举升机构的原理及设计方法。针对具体一款货车进行了尾板设计,绘制了三维模型,利用有限元的方法对模型做了应力分析,得出了最大应力和最大变形,均满足材料的强度和刚度的要求。本文对尾板的举升机构的研究提供了参考依据。
The mechanism and design method of lifting mechanism of tail lift are introduced in the paper.It provides the process of design,3-demensional models,results of stress analysis which include the maximum stress and the max deformation for a certain type of van.The results meet the requirement of strength and rigid of the chosen materials.The paper provides the reference for the study of relevant production.
