三唑磷磁性印迹固相萃取材料制备及其应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过表面分子印迹技术,在丙烯酰基功能化的磁性Fe3O4粒子表面制备三唑磷磁性分子印迹聚合物。采用紫外光谱法和气相色谱法对磁性印迹聚合物的吸附性能进行研究,结果表明制备的三唑磷磁性分子印迹聚合物对三唑磷分子存在较高的吸附特异性,以此印迹材料作为固相萃取剂,成功地应用将三唑磷从有机磷农药混合液中分离和富集,富集因子高达40,分离因数SCPF/TAP低达10-4。 A surface monomer-directing strategy for synthesizing the triazophos magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer(Fe3O4/ MIP)was carried out by direct polymerization and cross-linking reactions occurring on the surface of 3-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane-modified Fe3O4 particles(MPS-Fe3O4).Furthermore,UV spectrophotometry and gas chromatography were employed to characterize the adsorption properties of the Fe3O4/MIP.The results clearly exhibit that the synthesized Fe3O4/MIP has larger binding capacity and higher recognition selectivity for triazophos.Therefore,as solid phase extraction(SPE)materials, the separation and enrichment of triazophos from the mixture solution of triazophos and chlorpyrifos were successful with an enrichment factor more than 40and separation factor less than 10-4,respectively.
