9-蒽醛-(4-硝基)苯腙对氟离子高选择比色传感

摘要 合成9-蒽醛-(4-硝基)苯腙,用紫外光谱仪研究了其与阴离子识别作用。实验表明:以二氯甲烷为溶液,该受体对F-阴离子有灵敏的光谱响应,吸收光谱由422nm红移至604nm,溶液的颜色由黄色转变为蓝色,可见该受体是氟离子灵敏的比色传感试剂。 9-anthracene aldehyde-(4-nitro)phenyl hydrazone was designed and synthesized to investigate its special recognization to anion by means of UV-Vis spectrum.The Experiment results show that the absorption spectra of receptor were red-shifted from 422nm to 604nm in acetonitrile with a distinct color change from yellow to blue upon addition of F-.It is thus clear that the receptor was a promising receptor for naked-eye detection of F-with excellent selectivity,which was a sensitive colorimetric reagent.
