Advances on Extraction Process and Pharmacological Action in Pteridium aqulinum Flavonoids

蕨菜是一种药食两用植物,其中所富含黄酮类化合物具有抗氧化、免疫调节、抗肿瘤等多种生物活性,具有较大的开发应用价值。本文综述了蕨菜中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺及药理作用方面的研究进展,以期为蕨菜资源的进一步开发利用提供参考。

Pteridium aqulinum is a kind of drug edible plant,which contains rich flavonoids,and the flavonoids has antioxidation,immunoregulation effect,antitumor activities and other biological activities.It has great value of development and utilization.The advances on extraction process and pharmacological function of flavonoids were reviewed in the article,which may provide some references for the utilization and development of Pteridium aqulinumresource.
