皖西学院动物科学专业创业型人才培养情况的调查研究

Investigation on Cultivation of Entrepreneurial Talent of Animal Science Specialty in West Anhui University

为推进地方高校动物科学专业创业型人才培养模式改革,以皖西学院动物科学专业为例,对大学生创业意愿、创业型人才应具备的知识、能力与素质,以及创业影响因素进行了调研。结果发现大学生创业意愿较强,但创业时间选择相对滞后;创业型人才的法律知识与商业知识、创业能力与创业意识亟需加强;国家政策、创业资金、创业项目与创业能力对创业的影响远远高于社会环境和家庭因素。地方高校应结合通识教育,科学构建创业型人才的知识体系;强化实践教学,努力夯实创业型人才的能力体系;整合教育资源,全程培养创业型人才的创业意识。

In order to promote the cultivation mode of entrepreneurial talent of Animal Science Specialty in local universities,the authors take Animal Science Specialty in West Anhui University as an example to study college students entrepreneurial intention, and even their knowledge,ability and quality which students should possess,as well as the factors of the entrepreneurship.Thus it turns out that college students have strong entrepreneurial intention with an improper timing,and are short of law and business knowledge,and are badly needed to strengthen their entrepreneurial capabilities.It also shows that the affecting factors from the national policy,venture capital,entrepreneurial program and even entrepreneurship consciousness are much higher than the social environment and family factors.Therefore,local universities should build entrepreneurial talent system combined with general education,strengthen practice teaching,consolidate the ability of entrepreneurial talent system,integrate educational resources, and fully cultivate their awareness of entrepreneurial talent.
