基于职业能力导向的旅游管理本科专业实践教学体系构建——以皖西学院旅游管理专业为例

Study on Practical Teaching System with Professional Ability Oriented in Undergraduate Specialty of Tourism Management— Taking Tourism Management Specialty in West Anhui University as an Example

在分析高素质应用型旅游管理人才职业能力构成4个层次的基础上,以皖西学院旅游管理专业为例,构建了职业能力导向的旅游专业实践教学体系。将5级阶梯循环递进式职业能力培养贯穿本科教学全程,通过建立科学系统的实践教学课程体系,健全校内实训基地和校外实习基地,建设"双能型"师资,加强实践教学评价与督查,开展丰富的第二课堂活动,全面提升学生的职业能力和综合素质,促进学生就业,促进专业内涵建设和发展。

On the basis of analyzing 4layered professional ability of application — oriented tourism management talent,taking tourism management specialty in West Anhui University as an example,we put forward the professional ability oriented practical teaching system in tourism management undergraduate specialty.The system emphasizes four-year continuous and gradual improvement practice teaching.In implementing practical teaching,we should adopt a variety of teaching channels,improve the intramural and off-campus practice bases,construct＂double capacity＂teaching staff,highlight the practice teaching evaluation and feedback and carry out colorful extracurricular activities.The system is expected to improve student＇s professional ability and comprehensive quality,to strengthen the connotation of tourism management specialty further.
