在大数据蓬勃发展的时代背景下,以服务为中心的地理信息共享平台建设是政务信息化的核心任务之一。它是站在建立服务型、开放型、创新型信息化测绘体系的角度,分析共享服务的目标、服务对象、任务。本文介绍了"数字陵水"公共地理信息服务平台建设的背景及意义,提出了建设的目标与内容,探讨了标准体系建设思路,阐述了大数据基础地理信息数据库建设、地理信息公共平台的总体架构及典型应用示范,为县级数字城市公共地理信息服务平台建设提供思路。

Under the background of Big Data in the booming era,one of the core tasks of informatization is to establish the geographic information sharing platform centring on services,which analyses the sharing service objectives,service objects,tasks based on a surveying and mapping system of service-oriented,open,innovative informatization.This paper introduced the background and significance of public geographic information service platform Digital Lingshui,proposed the construction goal and contents, discusseds the standard system construction,expounded the basic geographic information database construction of Big Data,and the overall architecture and typical application demonstration of geographic information public platform.The result would provide the referential ideas and methods for the public geographic information service platform construction of county level Digital City.
