补肾方药辨治骨质疏松症进展研究

Progress Study in Tonifying Kidney Prescription in Treating Osteoporosis

骨质疏松症的主要特征是骨微结构退化及骨量减少，西医主要采取钙剂、降钙素、性激素、氟化物、双膦酸盐等治疗，但长期服药存在不同程度的不良反应，部分药物疗效不尽确切。笔者根据中医学辨证论治原则分析骨质疏松症的病机及补肾方药的作用机制，探讨补肾方药辨治骨质疏松症的进展。

The main characteristics of osteoporosis are bone microstructure degeneration and osteopenia, western medicine mainly adopted therapy of calcium, calcitonin, sex hormone, fluoride, bisphosphonate and so on, but there are different degree of adverse reactions with long-term medica-tion, and efficacy of some drug is not exact. Author analyzes the pathogenesis of osteopenia and mechanism of tonifying kidney prescription based on Chinese medicinal principle of syndrome differentiation, to discuss the progress of tonifying kidney prescription treating osteoporosis.
