摘要
目的：观察消痛散热敷治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：将60例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），对照组采用电针配合TDP灯照射治疗，治疗组则在此基础上给予消痛散热敷治疗，观察两组患者ISOA评分的改善情况。结果：治疗组每个疗程的ISOA评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：消痛散热敷治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著，可缓解关节疼痛和僵硬，提高患者生活质量。
Objective：To observe the curative effects of pain and heat eliminating application treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods：60 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, control group were treated with electro-acupunc-ture combined with TDP irradiation, based on which treatment group was given pain and heat eliminating application, the improvement of ISOA score in two groups were observed. Results：ISOA scores of each course in treatment group were all lower than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion：Pain and heat eliminating application is significantly effective in knee osteoarthritis, which can alleviate joint pain and stiffness, and improve the life quality of patients.
