温热密集型银质针松解术治疗内收肌痉挛引起的大腿内侧痛

Effect of Warm Concentrated Silver Needle Lysis on Femoribus Internus Pain that Caused by Adductor Spasm

目的：观察温热密集型银质针松解术治疗内收肌痉挛引起的大腿内侧痛的疗效。方法：将26例内收肌痉挛引起的大腿内侧痛患者随机分为试验组（13例）和对照组（13例），对照组给予口服复方氯唑沙宗及物理因子治疗，试验组则在口服复方氯唑沙宗基础上进行温热密集型银质针松解术，疗程均为2周，观察两组患者治疗前及治疗后2周、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年的改良Ashworth痉挛量表评分、VAS评分的改善情况，并评价临床疗效。结果：对照组在治疗后2周、1个月时的改良Ash-worth评分及VAS评分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.05），但治疗后3个月评分与治疗前无显著性差异（P〉0.05），治疗后1年评分高于治疗前（P〈0.05）；试验组则在治疗后各时段的改良Ashworth评分及VAS评分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.05），治疗后1年仍显著低于治疗前（P〈0.05），且试验组各时段评分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）；治疗后1年，试验组的总有效率为92.31%，高于对照组的69.23%（P〈0.05）。结论：温热密集型银质针松解术治疗内收肌痉挛引起的大腿内侧痛疗效显著且持久，值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of warm concentrated silver needle lysis for femoribus internus pain that caused by adductor spasm. Methods：26 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group （13 cases） and control group （13 cases）, the control group treated by orally taking compound chlorzoxazone and physical factor therapy, while experimental group by warm concentrated silver needle lysis on the basis of treatment of control group, which course of treatment were both 2 weeks, then observed the modified Ashworth scores and VAS scores before treatment and after 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year, and evaluated the efficacy. Results：2 weeks and 1 month after the treatment, the modified Ashworth scores and VAS scores of control group were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, but the scores at 3 months after treatment com-pared with those before treatment had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, and higher than those of before treatment at 1 year after treatment （P〈0.05）;while the modified Ashworth scores and VAS scores of experimental group at each period were all significantly decreased （P〈0.05）, till to 1 year af-ter treatment were still lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the scores of experimental group at each period were all lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）;1 year after treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group was 92.31%, which was higher than 69.23%that of con-trol group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Warm concentrated silver needle lysis has significant and enduring curative effect on femoribus internus pain that caused by adductor spasm, which deserves clinicla promotion and application.
