经尿道内切开治疗经尿道前列腺汽化电切术后膀胱颈挛缩
摘要
目的：探讨腔内治疗经尿道前列腺汽化电切术（TUVP）后膀胱颈挛缩的临床疗效。方法：21例TUVP术后膀胱颈挛缩患者采取经尿道膀胱颈口内切开治疗。结果：手术顺利完成，术后Qmax、QOL均显著优于术前（P〈0.01）；膀胱镜检膀胱颈口光滑，未见再次狭窄挛缩，前列腺部尿道通畅。结论：经尿道内切开治疗TUVP术后膀胱颈挛缩是有效安全的治疗方法。
