摘要
减速器由于齿轮采用双圆弧齿形,存在轴向力,因此选用圆锥滚子轴承和圆锥滑动轴承进行分析比较,通过计算初选出型号,通过对轴承进行有限元分析,得出结论:滑动轴承无论在尺寸上还是在强度上都要优于滚动轴承.
Double arc teeth gears in the reducer cause a certain amount of axial force,so tapered roller and plain bearings were used by calculating,and their stress and strain werre analyzed using finite element analysis. The results show that the plain bearings are better than rolling bearings in size and strength.
