螺杆式点胶阀三维流场特性分析

摘要 应用Pro/E软件建立了螺杆式点胶阀的三维模型,通过igs接口导入到Hypermesh软件建立了有限元分析模型,采用流体分析软件FLUENT对点胶阀内的流场进行了数值模拟和分析,并改变边界条件和模型的结构,分析了其对流场的影响,得到了转子的转速在70 r/m的工况条件下不会造成因离心力影响而引起漏流情况的发生,说明点胶阀的设计参数是合理的.分析结果为确定合理的点胶阀几何参数提供了理论依据. Pro /E was used to establish three-dimensional model of the screw rod type rubber valve,a finite element analysis model was established through the igs-connection to the Hypermesh software. The fluid flow in the screw-pump dispensing valve on dispensing machine was analyzed by FLUENT with changing the boundary condition and the model structure. The results show that the rotor rotating speed under 70r / m operating mode condition will not lead the leakage caused by centrifugal force,which demonstrates that the dispensing valve design parameters are reasonable.
