PNaAMPS/PAAm水凝胶在不同pH值水溶液中的力学与摩擦性能 被引量:1

摘要 研究了聚2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸钠/聚丙烯酰胺(PNaAMPS/PAAm)双网络(DN)水凝胶的溶胀性能、力学性能和摩擦性能。由于H+和OH-对水凝胶分子链构象的影响,不同pH值下DN水凝胶的溶胀度差别明显。DN水凝胶在酸性溶液中的拉伸强度比碱性中有所增强;撕裂时的破坏能在碱性溶液中明显低于酸性溶液;DN水凝胶在碱性溶液中的压缩模量比中性溶液中提高了186.3%。摩擦行为上,酸性溶液中的DN水凝胶摩擦应力值明显高于碱性溶液,随pH值的升高压力随摩擦应力的影响减弱。 The swelling,mechanical and frictional behaviors of poly(2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid sodium salt)/poly(acrylamide)(PNaAMPS/PAAm)hydrogel in the solutions of varies pH values have been investigated.As the different influences of H+and OH-to polymer chains' comformation,hydrogels' swelling degrees showed obvious difference.Tensile strength of DN hydrogel in strong acid solution showed much higher tensile strength,fracture energy and much lower swelling degree,compression modulus than in strong alkaline solution.For the frictional behaviors,frictional stress of DN hydrogel decreased obviously with the increase of pH value,the influence of normal pressure was weak in alkaline solutions.
