摘要
目的通过调查幼儿教师的职业态度和心理健康状况,探讨二者的相关性。方法应用自编幼儿教师职业态度问卷和SCL-90量表对427名女性幼儿教师进行测评,并对相关因素进行调查分析。结果幼儿教师总体职业态度得分为(5.37±1.27)分,>40岁、中专学历和月薪<1000元的幼儿教师职业态度得分明显低于其他幼儿教师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);幼儿教师的SCL-90总均分为(1.12±0.05)分,幼儿教师的职业态度与其SCL-90中的躯体化、强迫、抑郁和焦虑因子间存在显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论幼儿教师总体职业态度中立偏积极,躯体化、强迫、抑郁和焦虑等心理健康因素对幼儿教师的职业态度有影响。
Objective To understand professional attitude of preschool teachers and its relations with the psychological health condition. Methods To make self- restraint professional attitude questionaine and the SCL-90 evaluation on 427 female preschool teachers,and analyze its relevant factors. Results The professional attitude score of preschool teachers was(5.37±1.27), the professional attitude scores of teachers,which more than 40 years old, technical school education, salary per month under RMB 1000 were below other teachers(P0.05), overall score of SCL-90 was(1.12±0.05), professional attitude score of preschool teachers had significantly negative correlation with somatization,obsession,dep ression,anxiety(P0.05).Conclusion The overall professional attitudes of preschool teachers are neutral with positive tendency, professional attitudes can be influenced by psychological health condition.
