摘要
为扩大炼焦煤资源,降低配煤成本,安钢焦化厂采用低成本高硫（硫分1.62%～2.31%）焦煤分阶段代替部分一类主焦煤,提高了配合煤的黏结指数,改善了结焦性能,提高了焦炭质量及质量稳定性,年降成本约5 300万元。虽然提高了配合煤及焦炭的硫分,但在可消化的范围内。
In order to expanding coking coal resources and reducing the cost of coal blending, Angang coking plant made use to low cost and high sulfur content coal to replace a part of first main coking coal, so that the bonding index was enhanced, the coking performance was improved, the coke quality was enhanced and it can save of the cost about 53 millions Yuan RMB every year. Although the sulfur content in coal and coke is raised, but it is in acceptable range.
