摘要
介绍了油膜轴承补偿、头部冲击补偿因素、油柱压缩补偿系数、伺服阀线性补偿系数、RAC补偿等宽厚板轧机辊缝控制补偿技术。指出在充分考虑到生产特点及设备因素影响的同时,适当进行参数调节可获得板形控制的最佳效果,并相应提高钢板轧制的成材率。
Comprehensively considering roll gap control characters of heavy plate mill, the factors are analyzed in the process of high-precision thickness control, including thickness of oil film compensation, impact of biting compensation, oil column compression compensation, servo linear compensation and RAC compensation. Under fully considered producing characters and equipment factors the parameters are adjusted in order to obtain the better profile, and rolling yield is improved.
