福建省社会组织对台交流合作的发展建议

Suggestions on the development of exchange and cooperation between Fujian social organizations and Taiwan districts

福建省社会组织作为构筑两岸交流合作前沿平台的一支重要力量,近年来发展较快,且特征明显。但总体上看,福建省社会组织对台交流合作尚处于初级发展阶段,存在诸多问题,针对现存问题提出了四个方面的发展建议:健全政策法规、加强平台建设、强化组织能力建设、构建长效机制。

Fujian social organizations have been growing rapidly with distinct features,which constitute an important part of a frontier platform for cross-Taiwan Straits exchange and cooperation. In spite of its fast growth,Fujian social organizations are still under its preliminary development with weaknesses. Proposals are proposed to tackle the weaknesses,which include establishing sound policies and legal regulations; strengthening the platform construction; enhancing organizational capabilties construction; constructing long-term developing mechanism.
