摘要
守规是创新的基础和条件,创新是守规的追求目标,守规教育和创新教育两者具有内在的辩证统一性。在应用型人才教育培养过程中存在守规教育的内涵被曲解、内容太狭隘、方式过简单,而创新教育存在功能扩大化、内容有局限、方法有偏颇等问题。应用型人才培养中必须正确把握和运用守规与创新教育的辩证关系,并贯穿于高等教育过程,统一于社会发展,实现应用型人才的科学全面养成教育。
Observance is the precondition and basis for innovation,whereas innovation is the pursuit of observance. Observant education and innovative education are inherently a dialectical unity. Problems attached to the dialectical relationship between the two types of education in forging application-oriented talents are revealed. In the observant education the connotation is distorted with narrow content and oversimple ways. In the innovative education functions are overexpanded with limited content and biased methods. It is held that proper handling of the dialectical relationship between the observant education and innovative education should be maintained in the whole higher education process,that the two types of education should be unified in the social development to achieve the scientific and comprehensive education of the application-oriented talents.
