摘要
目的:探讨建立县级医院护理帮扶需求指标体系。方法:采用开放性、半结构式访谈法对11名县级护理部主任进行深度访谈,运用质性研究资料分析的方法对资料进行整理和分析,提炼主题。结果:护理帮扶需求共析出3个主题:(1)对县级医院实施护理帮扶的必要性。(2)县级医院护理帮扶需求指标体系的维度。(3)每个维度具体包括的内容。结论:护理帮扶需求指标体系有助于了解基层医院护理对口帮扶工作的实际需求,为后续工作的针对性和有效性实施提供经验与指导。
Objective： To discuss how to establish need of the county hospital care aid indicator system. Methods： 11 nursing director were interviewed witth open,semi- structured interviews. To analyze the data used qualitative research. Results： There were 3 topics of need of nursing：（ 1） The necessity of helping the county hospitals for nursing.（ 2） The dimensions of indicator system of nursing needs help.（ 3） The specific content of each dimension. Conclusion： The indicator system of nursing needs help could understand the ture needs,and provide experience and guidance for the relevance and effectiveness of the implementation of the follow- up work.
