护理干预对预防小儿术中低体温的效果观察

Exploration on the application of nursing intervention in the low temperature of pedia operation

目的:探讨护理干预对小儿手术中低体温的影响。方法:选择开腹胃肠道手术患儿48例,随机等分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规的手术护理和配合,观察组在此基础上进行综合预防低体温发生的护理干预。观察两组患儿术前、术中、术后体温的变化及气管拔管、肛门排气和住院时间。结果:对照组较观察组在术前、术中、术后的体温变化明显,气管拔管、肛门排气及住院时间均长于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可以有效预防低体温,缩短气管拔管、肛门排气及住院时间,有效促进患儿的康复。

Objective： To explore the influence of nursing intervention on the low temperature of pedia operation. Methods： To choose 48 cases of children with laparotomy of gastrointestinal tract and divided them into observation group and control group at random. To apply conventional operation nursing and cooperation for the control group and to add comprehensive nursing on this basis for the observation group and then to observe the changes of vital signs such as the temperatures before,during and after the operations of the two groups,also to observe the time to pull out the trachea,pass gas and stay in hospital. Results： For the control group vital signs such as the temperatures before,during and after the operations change remarkably and longer time to pull out the trachea,to pass gas,to stay in hospital. The differences was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： To add comprehensive nursing intervention to children with laparotomy of gastrointestinal tract can effectively improve the temperatures during and after operations and shorten the time to pull out the trachea,to pass gas,to stay in hospital,effectively boosting the recovery of the patients.
