“危急值”报告在ICU护理安全管理中的应用

"Critical values” reporting application analysis in the ICU nursing safety management

目的：探讨＂危急值＂报告在ICU护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2012年5月～2013年5月ICU病房中的360例患者作为研究对象,将实施检验＂危急值＂报告制度后的180例患者作为观察组,未实施检验＂危急值＂报告制度的180例患者为对照组,比较两组患者临床治疗的总有效率及满意度。结果：观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率及满意率明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：＂危急值＂报告对于ICU患者护理安全管理具有十分重要的作用,可提高患者抢救时效性和成功率,增加护士的责任感,进一步保证护理质量。

Objective： To discuss the effcet of ＂ critical value＂ report applicated in ICU nursing safety management. Methods： Select our hospital on May 2012 to May 360 in ICU patients as the research object,implement the inspection after the ＂ critical values＂ reporting system for the observation group with 180 patients,not implement inspection ＂ critical values＂ reporting system as the control group with 180 patients,compared two groups of patients with the clinical total effective rate of treatment. Results： Patients clinical total effective rate and satisfaction of observation group were obviously higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： ＂ Critical values＂ reporting for ICU patients nursing safety management plays an important role,can improve the rescue success rate of timeliness and patients,increase the sense of responsibility,to further ensure the quality of nursing.
